A Truly Luxurious Community

It can be tough for luxury apartment searchers to find apartment communities of actual luxury. It seems that most communities talk a big game when it comes to its luxury status, but have very little to show for it. In our community we make sure that our luxury status can be recognized throughout the property. Here at the luxury apartment community of Lincoln Park at Trinity Bluff, we have luxury community amenities that grant our residence luxury access and leisure capabilities. In this piece, we will give you examples of what makes our apartment community a hot spot for luxury apartment renters in the Ft. Worth area.

The Luxury of Access

Having luxury amenities within our community allow for our residents to feel the extravagance of our luxury community. One of the best amenities that we have is our natural relation to all of the local scenery and walks of downtown Ft. Worth. Our community has access to Trinity Trail, which is great for enjoying the nature that is still thriving in Ft. Worth. We also have beautiful Trinity River and Ft. Worth skyline views. When renters choose to live in our community, they are choosing to live in a community that grants them easy access to the beauty of downtown Ft. Worth.

Luxury Leisure Capabilities

Our luxury community has many things that allow for leisure activities. We have our extravagant pool area with a splash deck that is perfect for our residents to enjoy a little wet fun. We also have our 24-hour club house with free Wi-Fi. This is a great space to get together with other residents or friends and families. A Townhome Fit for Texans

Texas is famous, and by extension infamous, for always wanting and having things big; after all, the biggest state in continental U.S. has a reputation to upkeep. We have the biggest longhorn cattle and steak dinners; the largest amount of large cities such as Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Lubbock, El Paso, and here in Fort Worth; the largest amounts of pick-up trucks on the highway (trust me, you’ll definitely notice how many there are,) and so on. Naturally, when you move into Texas for the first time, or perhaps you’re just moving neighborhoods, you’ll want a home that’s both substantial and comfortable home all without putting too big a void in your wallet. Here at Lincoln Park at Trinity Bluff Apartments, you don’t have to sacrifice one for the other: instead, why not have both?

Take for example our townhouse TH3G, or North Park, with 1,204 to work with over three floors. The first floor features a lovely den and living area after entering the front porch, with a large, versatile kitchen, island, and bar seating to the left and the washer and dryer to the right to easily do your laundry in your home. Up ahead next to the stairs gives enough room to fit a nice table for serving family meals or doing crafts, followed by a great living room perfect for fitting your entertainment system and watching your favorite TV shows, movies, or even playing some video games. Further up is the back patio where you can lounge and take in some fresh air, along with a powder room conveniently next to the stairs to both the ground and second floors for visitors or just coming home.

The ground floor is a two car garage, so that finding a nearby parking is no longer an issue. Store your car along with your partner’s or roommates, and still have enough space to store your bike or other belongings.

The second floor holds two equally sized bedrooms; both with ample space to even fit a king sized bed and still stretch out in comfort and walk in closets to store all your clothes and linens, though the two bathrooms differ. One of them contains a large soaking tub and shower ideal for bubble baths and easing your troubles away, while the other has a stand in shower for luxury and a quick cleanse to start your day or to finish a day of work or exercise; in either case, you’ll get quite some indulgence.

Don’t just live big; live Texan. Visit Lincoln Park at Trinity Bluff Apartments and see for yourself if the North Park townhouse is perfect for you and your roommate today.

Kimbell Art for Kids

The world just wouldn’t be the same without art; it’s all around us, whether you’re staring at an oil canvas painting, admiring a statue or sculpture, gazing up at a tall skyscraper, listening to your favorite song, reading a book, or ever watching that hit TV show you’re hyped about (no Walking Dead spoilers, please.) Art is entwined in our normal lives even when we don’t realize it, so it makes sense to have museums around time to stand still and appreciate all the masterpieces that have been created over the span of millennia, regardless of if you’re twelve, twenty two, or seventy two. The Kimbell Art Museum holds special events for both children and adults, and it’s only three miles away from Lincoln Park at Trinity Bluff Apartments, so it’s ideal for any kind of occasion.

The Kimbell Art Museum is one of many museums and entertainment venues set up around the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, showcasing famous works from all around the world across many eras, ranging from ancient Egypt and Greek artifacts, the Renaissance period and its numerous paintings, all the way up to Post-Modernism. Access to the permanent collection of the museum is entirely free, with tours cycling around the clock to focus on particular displays. Kimbell often rotates special exhibits from world famous artists like Charles Monet, where viewers can purchase tickets to get in and look around, and this also comes with timed tours. Exclusive members and donors can take advantage of parties, special exhibit admission, and so much more.

From November 5th and November 12th, the Kimbell Art Museum encourages kids to visit and take part in their “Kimbell Kids Drop-In Studio.” Starting at 1 pm, parents and children twelve years and younger participate in activities around the permanent gallery and create a masterpiece of their own, all under the supervision of art enthusiasts and experts, in order to inspire creativity and fun for the arts. Admission is free, but seating is limited; sign up begins at noon, so make sure to come early and ensure your kid can take part in the fun.

So polish your imagination, and have some fun in the meantime. Visit Lincoln Park at Trinity Bluff Apartments online or at the leasing office to find an ideal flat for your family, and then explore the Kimbell Art Museum and take part in the “Drop-In Studio” on the weekends.
