|Recommended: YesGreat place, great staff. — Compared to all of the other apartments here in Fort Worth, LPTB is by far the best. They have a great layout and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is so much fun and there are always different things planned within the apartment community every month. The LPTB staff work hard to make sure everyone is happy and there is always something fun to do. They also have a great recycling program. Highly recommend living here. Careful with what you hang on your door though... my stuff was stolen...
|Recommended: YesWonderful Apartments — I have lived in this complex for 4 years now (the longest I ve lived in one place). I have had a wonderful experience here. I couldn t ask for a better place to live! I love the location, the apartment and the staff!
|Recommended: YesAbsolutely love living here! — Absolutely love living at Lincoln Park at Trinity Bluff. Great location, easy to get to the highways, downtown or west 7th. Staff is so friendly, and the building is very well kept. Always plenty of parking. The only negative thing I have to say is that because I live on the end of the building that is right next to the train tracks, it is extremely loud when it goes by, especially at night. But besides that, I love it!
|Recommended: YesGreat Community Overall — Lincoln Park at Trinity Bluff is one of the top apartment communities in Fort Worth. What sets it apart from other communities is the location, staff, amenities, and unit design and layout. I recommend this community to anyone that asks.
|Recommended: YesConvenient, quiet, with great luxury and amenities — Quiet rooms with a great location to major thoroughfares, downtown, 7th Street, etc.
|Recommended: YesLove it! — Very nice people, safe, nice gym & pool & great location!
|Recommended: YesAwesome Community — After living here for 2 years we just recently transferred Lincoln properties due to job relocation. This property is absolutely one of the best that I have lived in. Friendly, helpful and polite office staff (Nora, Jaynie, DeDe); attentive maintenance team and wonderful grounds upkeep. I was very sad to move but based on this experience I feel hopeful that our new Lincoln Property will be just a great!

|Recommended: YesGreat experience so far, THANKS!! — I would tell them that the office staff is fantastic! Any time I've needed anything, they are friendly and help me immediately. One of my neighbors kept playing loud music, and they went above and beyond to try to get them to turn it down, which I appreciated immensely. Special thanks to Dee Dee! I suppose the only thing I wish were stronger is the insulation between units and the windows. I've been very happy with my decision to live here.
|Recommended: YesThe best — Go a head and stay there, you wont regret best staff ever i left Lincoln park and i'm coming back again 10/10

|Recommended: YesVery nice, up-to-date apts in a great area — I really enjoy living here. This is a perfect area since it's far enough from the center of downtown to where you may not be bothered by noise but within such a close walking distance. The area seems relatively quiet which is nice for a working professional. Unfortunately I had a break-in to my apartment in December which was extremely upsetting and there seemed to be no way to tell how it happened. Then for the next 1.5 months after, the entrance gates were stuck open/broken so that anyone could enter and it didn't make me feel safe. So most of my comments are going to be surrounding security. Overall, it seems like a pretty secure facility but anyone can still be let in. I would advise locking the doors on the floors that connect to the garage, some appear to be locked but other entrances are not. The mailroom door frequently hangs open due to wind and not being able to shut the whole way, which is probably due to carelessness of other residents. I would also advise installing cameras on each floor, had a camera been in the hallway by my door, the person who broken in to my apt may have been identified or caught. I would think with this many residents living here and being this close to downtown, cameras would be installed on the grounds. I realize there is a cost to that type of security but would also provide security to the residents. I wish the gym were bigger, I feel with this many residents that small gym isn't enough and once you get about 5-6 people in there at 1 time its a little crowded. Right now 1 treadmill is broken and the TV says no service. I don't want to seem like I am complaining but of course after a break-in I'm going to be overly concerned about security. Other than that, I really like living here. The noise level is low, I've never had a problem getting a parking spot, everything in my apartment is new/updated and functioning well, the office staff are very helpful when you need something and always friendly. I do like the events they put on, unfortunately I have not attended many due to work commitments but I am planning to attend what I can in the near future. The gym classes are great too! I would absolutely recommend this complex to a friend! Thank you for all that you do.
|Recommended: YesEasy living — That the staff is pleasant and friendly and that the building is extremly quiet mnus the trains. Honestly I would encourage them to go in and speak with someone and to make a choice for themselves. I think that when they see it and then find out how reasonible the utilities are the apartment would pretty much rent themselves.
